You’ll be able to enjoy such delights as warm goat cheese and blueberry salad, rack of pork cooked in hay, Lake Geneva whitefish with wild garlic cream, duck breast with mountain honey (from the chef’s hives), potato gratin with reblochon, and meadowsweet cream. And of course, there’s all-time Alpine favourites like fondue, brasérade and raclette.
